Lunch?



 Here you can see how fresh the meat is. It's a whole lamb, just slaughtered and you pick which part you want them to cook.
Besides the flatbread, the pulao is another staple. Up in the Heavenly mountain, the Uighur and Kazakh people are busy cooking for visitors who are mostly Han people. It's an interesting phenomenon. I remember a seafood restaurant in Catania, Sicily which is like a fish market. You pick your fish from the counter, they weigh it and cook it for you. The food was so delicious. I don't think life is complete without at least one visit to Sicily. I remember the restaurant..... full of locals.... locals dressed in suits and ties and everyone is chomping on some seafood platter without care as to getting food on their smart clothing.
