Lunch time in Erzurum

 There wasn't much food left in this guy's repertoire and we ate whatever was left not knowing what it was. It was liver and very delicious too. We came away loving liver, they have a wonderful way with liver. Grilled liver is so good.


Ayran is a salty yogurt drink, kind of an acquired taste. I didn't care for it, the boys liked it.
