Madrid and tapas

There's food all along the bar counter and you just point to them and they will dish out a small portion.
We opted for only seafood, especially these tiny herrings.
 and mussels
 and tuna
These are bigger pickled herring, very delicious.
all gone, it was delicious and we were hungry.

At our feet is this long trench where you just throw your paper napkins, very convenient. This was our first experience at eating tapas. We've been to Barcelona before and it was different there. I've been in Santiago de compostela and Sevilla and all were different. I like this better. Welcome to Madrid.
