This was my second time to stay at the HOtel Caron de Beaumarchais, a really sweet little place in the Marais district of Paris. The place was named after Pierre Auguste Caron de Beaumarchais, a man of many talents. One of it being a musician after having written the French opera, 'the marriage of Figaro'.
Decorated in eighteenth century style complete with wooden beams in the ceiling.
The blue tile in the bathroom is so pretty.
Old musical instruments decorate the reception area. The staff is really friendly and helpful and its so cosy beacuse of its small size. It wasn't cheap at 165 euros a night but well worth it.
