Open face sandwiches is what they serve in Denmark, a little fish, hard boiled egg, some pate, all served on thin slices of rye bread. They are so delectable. You just go up and look at the cabinet and see what they offer, pick out what you want and presto, lunch! It wasn't expensive, I don't remember what I paid.
