Of course you can buy all kinds of St Emilion wine. Thhis is after all wine country. We happened upon a souvenir shop that sold knick knacks and art work by a blogger whose work I follow on my blog list.

Besides wine there are other things to buy, the macarons that the region is famous for among other things.
