The time to try new cuisine is when one is traveling. Here in Pokhara, I saw a Punjabi vegetarian restaurant across the street from my hotel and I knew I'm going to eat there. This is a rice pancake quite like the dosai from Southern India. Malaysia, where I'm from, has a lot of immigrants from Kerala, Southern India and restaurants selling dosai is plentiful. I miss dosai and this was the closest to it that I have access to except this had onions in it. It was pretty good.
I ordered too much food, I had the Thakali meal also. It was all good.
