Strasbourg Cathedral

As in most French cities, there's a modern part and there is the old part. It is the old part that is most charming. It is no different in Strasbourg, a thoroughly modern big city with an ultra charming old town and a river runs through it adding to the charm and mistique. In the centre of the old town is this impressive, immense and majestic cathedral. The word is it took 260 years to build. It is absolutely gorgeous and surrounding it are the most beautiful half timbered buildings and very touristy. Strasbourg is easy to get around on foot. The old town is like a maze and you just go round and round, it's fun to get lost here.
