It was raining hard the next morning in Takayama but I have this trusty rain poncho. Its the most useful thing. I went 5 such ponchos on my last trip, my 3 month trip to Scandinavia. I have a new one that a friend sent me which will be taken out on my next trip in a few weeks. But rain or shine I'm out there snapping pictures.
