All over China, these scenes are played out, little outdoor stalls cooking and serving up soupy noodles. Every where Chinese people are sitting at low chairs, slurping noodles. There's no other way of eating soupy noodles but slurp. The camels in China are the double humped camels. They are called bactrain camels, found predominantly in central Asia. I saw this one at a farmers' market in Yuunan province. I think it's being used for fun camels rides at a fair. It's having lunch too.
