Beans and rice.
And what Burgos is famous for, their Morcillas sausage, a blood sausage which is really. I didn't eat it in Burgos but ate them in San Sebastian. I like it. It's always fun to peek into grocery stores in other countries to see the type of food they eat. It wasn't any different when we were in Burgos. This was a very interesting grocery store that sold food that was typical for the area.
