Mechoui lamb

Don't try it at home, slow roasted lamb, that is. I tried to cook it according to Jamie Oliver's recipe. It didn't turn out, it was dry. This is the best slow roasted lamb in the world. One's gotta eat it at Mechoui alley. Mechoui alley is just a small alley way next to Jemaa elfna and the main souk. This restaurant has been cooking mechoui lamb for hundred's of years and it is the most wonderful. But one can still eat slow roasted lamb at the night market of Jemaa elfna. Marrakesh is also mechoui lamb. We didn't find this anywhere else in Morocco.
