Eating all the time, little snacks

There is no shortage of food in China these days. The streets are lined with people hawking all kinds of things to eat. There are no regular jobs for most people, so the only thing left to do is to cook up something and hawk it at market places or street corners. And especially in Beijing, at every corner there are people steamed dumplings and tea eggs in the morning for breakfast. Dumplings and tea eggs are very popular fare and they are so easy to cook up. So are these pancakes with green onions.
